ALL TEAM MANAGER's - Attached below is the Web Site Parent Release/Denial to grant BYHA permission to post names and/or photo's of members either to the website and in various print media.
You will need to track your distribution to players on a spreadsheet with the date they received it (we are asking they inital receipt) to keep it in your manager bag with info and turn in a COPY of ONLY the DENIAL FORMS signed. As player will need to submit Denials to you by December 7th, 2008. (I will post a spreadsheet link to help with this in the next day or so, please chack back).
