Grievance Committee

The President and two Directors shall sit as a grievance committee and, as such, shall handle any grievances that shall be brought before it by a coach, a parent, or a board member. It's findings and recommendations shall be submitted to the board of directors upon which the board will act. Written notice of any grievance must be filed with any member of the grievance committee. The method of processing and hearing of grievances shall be within the sole discretion of said committee, and such methods shall be made known to the general membership.
