Squirts 10U Tournament

There are no gate fees for our invitational tournaments. Our concession stand is open throughout the entire tournament. We also offer skate-sharpening services. The warm mezzanine is also open during games as are the vendor and raffle tables.

All tournaments are USA hockey sanctioned; USA Hockey rules apply.

Tournament Rules:

• The Beloit Youth Hockey Association enforce the USA hockey ZERO TOLERANCE policy. Decisions of the Referees and Tournament Directors are final.
• Tournament will be pool play format. Seeding for Championship game determined by points.
• 12-minute periods and one 60 second timeout per team per game
• The ice will be resurfaced prior to every game.
• Running time will be in effect when a team has a 6 or more-goal lead at any time.
• Teams must be ready to play 30 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. Games may begin early when time permits.
• Each game will have a 3-minute warm up time and a 1-minute rest between periods.
• Each team should bring their home and away jerseys, home will wear light colored jersey with the exception that Beloit will always be the Home Team and will wear their dark jersey.
• Each team is responsible for providing an adult volunteer to work their respective teams’ penalty box during each of their respective games.
• For all circumstances not listed in these rules, standard USA Hockey rules shall apply.
• Noisemakers & Cowbells are prohibited.
• Teams must clean their locker room and any damages will be billed to the team that was responsible.
