Squirts
Squirt level is the beginning of a player's full-ice hockey journey. Players will begin to use the plays and rules they learned during Mite level hockey. Developing the player and their love for the game is the goal at this level.

Evaluations are held in September.
Regular Season is October-March.
Where
Home games are played at Edwards Ice Arena in Beloit, WI.
Away game locations vary.
Evaluations are held at an alternate location prior to the season.
Practices
Teams will practice 2-3 times weekly.
Games
Games are typically held on weekends between 2-4 per weekend depending on scheduling.
Jerseys
Game jerseys are loaned to teams by the association and returned at the end of the season.
Practice jerseys are included in the cost of registration.

Extra Costs
BYHA pays $150 per player toward away tournaments.
All other tournaments are paid for by the families. Each team is also required to plan their own home tournament.
