Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Squirts 10U Tournament

Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is cancelled.

Summer Skills & Drills

No refunds will be given.

Peewee 12U Tournament

Refunds will be issued only if the tournament is cancelled.

Raptors

The $200 evaluation fee is Non-refundable. Refunds, if requested, of the season dues will be based on a BYHA Board decision.

Bantam

The $100 evaluation fee is Non-refundable. Refunds, if requested, of the season dues will be based on a BYHA Board decision.

Bantam 14U Tournament

Refunds will be issued if the tournament is cancelled.

Midgets 18U Tournament

No refunds unless the tournament is cancelled.

Peewee

The $100 evaluation fee is Non-refundable. Refunds, if requested, of the season dues will be based on a BYHA Board decision.

12U Riveters Girls

$100 evaluation fee is non-refundable. Any refunds must be reviewed by the BYHA board for approval.
